My husband is still the cook so I plan simple dishes that he can cook on his own. This is what we had for dinner one night:

adobong liempo, 240baon

This is adobong liempo which I marinated in the morning. I told him to fry them and then add the marinade. These were delicious.

cabbage soup, 240baon

We also had some cabbage soup cooked in chicken broth with bits of ham.

In spite of the simplicity of these dishes, my husband still spent 2 hours in the kitchen! He is really terrible with his time management when cooking. Oh, well… I guess as long as they’re delicious..
