My cousin C is only learning to cook now that I am still not able to do this chore so her dishes are hit and miss. Her last dish was delicious. This sinigang was okay. She wanted a lot of soup but forgot that she only had a small packet of sinigang mix so it was not too sour. It also lacked patis. She also made an epic fail with the shrimps as she used the wrong kind. Anyway, we just added some fish sauce and ate heartily for lunch. She’ll get it next time. Not bad though for her first time.
