Do you have one of those days when you look at the contents of your fridge, sigh and decide to just put all the ingredients together to make one dish? That's exactly what happened to me when I cooked this dish. I found half a small head of cabbage, one carrot, some enoki mushrooms and half a can of shiitake mushrooms.
I just sauteed some garlic, onions and ginger in oil and added the vegetables. For the seasoning, I just used oyster sauce and soy sauce. I also added some salt and pepper and I've got a hearty veggie side dish.
