Buttered Garlic Shrimps and Mushrooms


I love buttered garlic shrimps for a main dish and I love buttered garlic mushrooms as a side dish so why not have them both on the same dish? I had half a can of mushrooms and 6 pieces of shrimps left and I did just that. The result was baon for a day.

Chop some garlic and fry this in butter. The amount of butter is up to you. If you want a healthier dish, use EVOO. Add the mushrooms. When they're cooked, add the shrimps. Season with Maggi  Savor or sea salt.

I got to use leftovers plus I didn't need to stress out to prepare our baon. You can cook this at night then just pop in the microwave to reheat.
