Lunch for 1

I put off publishing this post because of the poached egg. I had a series of poached eggs posts and so I wanted to shake things up a bit and blogged about Pan de Manila. But this picture is getting too old so I decided to put it up.

You can ignore the poached egg as this is a given when I’m lunching alone. This lunch is composed of corn, farmer’s ham and asparagus cooked in butter and seasoned with salt and pepper.
