Another Fried Pork Belly Dish

I had some leftover pork belly in the freezer and I originally wanted to cook it as before (adobo in one of my old posts) but I changed my mind as I was frying it. I did the usual boiling and frying. Then I decided to add pressed garlic and chopped tomatoes. I also drizzled some Knorr Seasoning and squeezed some calamansi juice.

I’m glad I changed the recipe because this was sooo good! We ate this one Saturday for lunch with some green mangoes and bagoong and it was just perfect!
