Hot Pork Bulgogi

When I get a food craving (such as Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, etc.) I tend to prepare dishes from that group 2-4x a week. You all know I was in a Korean phase and I think this is the last of it. This was supposed to be spicy pork bulgogi but the gojuchang I bought is not spicy at all. I used two tablespoons already and it just gave a bit of heat thus the “hot” in the title instead of “spicy”.

This is very easy to make. Just marinate the pork belly pieces in a mixture of bulgogi marinade and gojuchang for at least 6 hours. Grill then top with spring onions and toasted sesame seeds. These were delicious nevertheless.
