Easy Beef and Vegetables Recipe

If you have leftover beef and vegetables from different recipes, this is a great dish to put together.
You get to use all your leftovers and create space in your crisper and freezer.

You need

beef – salpicao cut or beef tidbits
garlic
onion
tomatoes
cabbage
string beans (snake beans)
half a beef cube
about a tablespoon sugar
salt and pepper
soy sauce
water
oil

Let’s cook!


1. Saute the garlic, onions and tomatoes in oil. I usually add the tomato first and the garlic last so that the tomato will be limp and the garlic won’t burn by the time the onions are cooked.

2. Add the beef and saute for about 30 seconds. Use small cuts.

3. Add the vegetables. Cook for one minute. Add some water and the beef cube. Let the beef cube melt. Season with soy sauce and sugar. Taste. If it needs salt, just add. Season with pepper too. And you’re done! Just wait for the mixture to cook and serve with rice.
