Cheap Eats

If you are looking for quick, simple and cheap eats, you've come to the right place! Here are a few meals you can make at home.

The first set is composed of chicken macaroni salad, homemade salsa, nacho chips and tortilla wedges. We had this for lunch.

Next is adobo rice. I just took some leftover chicken adobo, shredded it and mixed it up with rice, sauce included. Saute some chopped garlic in oil, add the shredded chicken then let it toast for a while. Add the rice, mix. Pour the sauce and mix them all together. Season with salt and pepper if needed.

This is a simple snack. I just cooked some baby potatoes in oil and butter. I seasoned it with salt and pepper and added some dried oregano. When cooked, transfer to a bowl and garnish with quick melting cheese. Yum!

Finally, if you are really hungry and pressed for time, just peel and slice up some purple potatoes and fry. Drizzle with honey and munch!
