I have been loving squid for the past few weeks. Well, probably because they are so easy to cook. Here's another simple stir-fry dish for you.
squid, cleaned and sliced
carrot cut into strips
green onions cut into long strips
Let's do this!
Heat some oil in a wok. Add the garlic then the carrots and green onions. Add the squid. Cook for about a minute and then add the soy sauce and sugar mixture. Sprinkle with chili flakes. Add a dash of sesame oil before serving.
