Saturday Night Dinner

I cooked some fried tilapia one Saturday night for dinner. I used Magic Sarap, cornstarch, pepper and cayenne pepper for the breading. It was delicious but the tilapia tasted like gilik.  Sorry, I don’t know how to translate that. = )

I asked MB to cook some tortang talong:

We ran out of big plates so I dumped all 3 in a small plate. We also had some green mangoes and bagoong with this meal:

This is a typical Pinoy meal and we enjoyed it very much. Do you eat in or go out on Saturday nights?
