Spaghetti and Meatballs

Remember that post I did about the meatballs from Landmark? Well, I got another tray and made this:

I wanted to cook something fast and pasta was the answer. This is my usual pasta sauce that includes canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic, onions, basil, oregano, parsley and parmesan cheese. I added a bit of tomato paste because I’m trying to finish the leftover from the shrimp creole dish I made.

I fried the meatballs and added them to the sauce at the last minute. MB really loved this and we finished half. I just wish I had some garlic bread around. MB had the San Pellegrino Blood Orange drink with this. I had some ice tea. We shared the leftovers the next day. I had them for lunch while MB brought them for baon.
