Fried Chicken

I’m getting tired of mixes so I decided to make our own for this version of fried chicken. I first marinated the chicken in some milk overnight. I then boiled the chicken until they were cooked. I let them cool then pat dried with a paper towel. I then made a mix of flour, S&P and spices (paprika and chili). I coated the chicken pieces, dipped them in egg and then dredged them in the flour mixture again. Fry them in oil and voila! The chicken was tender and catsup was a great condiment. I love this chicken recipe!
