leftover rotisserie chicken, shredded
salt and pepper
1-2 tablespoon soy sauce
dressing of your choice (I used the one below)
Let's do this!Let's start with the rice first. Heat some oil in a pan. Add the garlic. When fragrant, add the chicken and corn. Cook for about 2 minutes. Add the rice and mix well. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
To assemble, take one tortilla, place some rice mixture close to the bottom, add some dressing and fold like a burrito.
