
That's supposed to be crispy crablets which I couldn't get to be crispy. Any tips out there? And the all time favorite adobong kangkong. Just substitute the kangkong for the meat. The crablets are fairly easy to make. Clean the crablets, dip in egg then dredge in flour seasoned with salt and pepper then fry. I bought a tray of these crablets from Cold Storage but only ended up using half. I gave the rest to the babies... Lucky cats...
