JC Bulgogi

I bought a bottle of bulgogi sauce from the supermarket. The brand is JC. You can use it as a marinade, sauce, topping, sauce for stir fry, etc. It’s made with pears and as you know, authentic bulgogi sauce is made with pears. It was not amazing but it will suffice.



I bought a tray of beef strips and used that for my bulgogi. I forgot to buy sesame seeds and spring onions so our bulgogi lacked flavor but it was okay. I tried again and I’ll let you know how that went in a future post.
