I am not allowed to get tired nor be stressed out so I plan simple dinners that my husband can cook or I can cook easily and quickly. Here’s an example. These are pork chops that have been seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder. I then fried them until brown. In the same pan, I poured some wine vinegar and sugar. I let this mixture boil then I put the chops back to coat them with sauce. I served this with some herbed rice:
This dish was one of the best we’ve had this week. The chops were sweet and sour and a bit savory. It was the perfect complement to the rice.
