Super Foods, Super Breakfast (Soy-free, Dairy-free, Gluten-free, Cancer-fighting)


We don't eat cereals at home because one, they are mostly junk. Two, we are allergic to corn and most are made from corn. Sometimes, however, I do miss the crunch of corn flakes and so I decided to make our own super healthy version of breakfast cereal.

You need:


Frozen Coconut milk
Frozen Strawberries
Frozen Cherries

Dried cranberries
Raisins
Almonds
Blueberries
Bananas
Brown rice puffs
Shredded coconut
Honey or Coco sugar syrup

Special gadget: Blender

Let's do this!

1. In a blender, put the frozen coconut milk, frozen strawberries, cherries, honey or coco sugar syrup. Blend until smooth. 
2. Put the blended mixture in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and enjoy!
