Shrimps and Oyster Sauce Rice

Remember this? Well I used the leftovers to create this dish. We had it for breakfast. 

To make, please refer to the original recipe then omit the tomatoes. You can use the leftover onions and garlic in the dish. You also need to peel and chop the shrimps into smaller pieces. I added leeks to the rice. Just mix the ingredients with the rice and season with more oyster sauce and soy sauce or Maggi Savor Classic and you've got yourself a quick, filling breakfast or brunch!
