This adobo pita was inspired by pinoycook. The lazy bug has once again kicked in and so this week I've just been throwing things together to create a somewhat bento. We didn't have spring onions nor garlic bits at home and so I just stuffed some onions into the pita. The quail eggs are smothered in adobo sauce. On top is a very simple (like lacking ingredients simple) chicken and potato salad. See, you don't have to prepare super dishes all the time. This is also a nice light dish to be enjoyed while looking at all those bright rays of the sun from an air conditioned pantry.
