I love salpicao whether it be for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I like it with lots of garlic. But the thing is, I suck at cooking salpicao until I found this recipe. It’s so easy to prepare, easy to cook and of course, easy to eat!
Marinate beef strips or sukiyaki-cut beef in 1 Maggi Magic Sarap Sachet, 2t Worcestershire sauce and 3T Maggi Savor Classic for about 15 minutes. In a pan, eyeball some EVOO and cook the beef on high heat. Be sure to remove the beef immediately when it has reached your desired doneness otherwise it will toughen up. Sprinkle with garlic chips and serve hot.
