I can’t even begin to describe how delicious this meal was. The base is like chicken ala king but we added carrots and potatoes. MB used low fat milk. He made a roux first then added chicken stock and milk. He then grated some cheese over the top. He put rice under the chicken so that the flavors would soak through.
Oh, man! I’m still salivating thinking about this dish! We really enjoyed this and I’m sure this will make a comeback at dinner time.
