MB and I made these chicken nuggets from scratch. We used the recipe from Chuck’s Day Off with a few minor tweaks. I still need to perfect this recipe but if you want to try it, just a simple search on the Internet will give you the recipe.
I served this with a honey-mustard dip:
We used 4 chicken breast fillets and we were able to make a lot of nuggets. MB loved the dip as it was sweet and tangy. This will be a staple recipe in our home.
