Homemade Ice Cream (SOY-FREE, GLUTEN-FREE, DAIRY-FREE)


This is one of my weekly palengke (wet market) hauls. I haven't been to the palengke in a while because of the summer heat and also, we've been collecting Rustan's stickers so all my grocery shopping is from there. 

Out of the abundance of the above, I made this super fresh, super healthy ice cream for my son. 


You need:

juicer that has an ice cream functionality

any fruits of your choice, cut and frozen
Manuka honey
a little bit of organic whipped cream (optional) OMIT FOR DAIRY-FREE OPTION

Let's do this!

Place all cut and frozen fruits in the juicer. Mix together and drizzle with honey. Top with whipped cream. 

I used frozen bananas, mangoes, blueberries and strawberries for this version.
