Our Super Healthy Cancer-Fighting Breakfast 'Cereal' (SOY-FREE, DAIRY-FREE, GLUTEN-FREE)

We don't eat boxed cereals and since my son and I have been eating healthy as much as we can, I decided to make this super healthy version of a breakfast cereal.

It kinda looks mushy with all the ingredients like that but trust me, this tastes sooo good and will do wonders for your body. The "cereal" itself are puffed brown rice from my BFF.

It has cancer-fighting fruits such as mangoes, blueberries, strawberries and cherries. It has almonds and dried cranberries.

These are just some of the combined benefits you will get from these foods:
  • Prevents and helps heal cancer
  • Prevents and heals diabetes
  • Prevents heart disease
  • Reduce fat
  • Reduces inflammation
  • Lower risk of stroke
  • Lowers cholesterol
  • Alkalizes the body
  • Improves digestions
Now isn't that a great start to your day?

You need:

Equipment:  blender

frozen fresh coconut milk, about a cup (I juiced the niyog myself and froze it immediately. Do not buy coconut milk in tetra packs or canned as they have very harmful ingredients)
1 mango, flesh removed
frozen strawberries, sliced into thins
frozen blueberries
frozen cherries, sliced into thins
you can also use fresh if you have them
almonds
puffed brown rice
unsweetened dessicated coconut
banana slices (only my son got the bananas)

Let's do this!

1. Blend the coconut milk and mango in a blender. Pour about half a cup in two bowls.

2. Assemble your ingredients starting with the puffed brown rice as a base then the fruit, top with almonds and dessicated coconut. Serve.
