Fusion on a Plate: Adobo Burritos for the Win

 

Ever looked at last night’s adobo and thought, “Hmm… you again?” 😂

Well, don’t reheat it—remix it.


One of my favorite ways to give leftover adobo new life? Adobo Burritos.

Grab a tortilla (or pita if that’s what you have), reheat your adobo, and start layering:

– shredded adobo chicken or pork

– garlic rice or plain rice

– greens if you want (I skip on lazy days)

– cheese 

– optional: chili flakes or hot sauce for some kick


Wrap it up, toast it a bit, and boom—burrito heaven.



It’s comforting, filling, and honestly? Feels like something I’d order at a fancy food truck.\


My son loved it so much that he ate 6. I ate the 3 smallest. I needed the fuel to blog. 


I do this a lot on busy days when I need something fast, but satisfying.

Also great when your brain is too tired to think of “what’s for lunch again?”
