This is the post that I owe you, guys. I'm sorry it took a while. I'll be doing a mini series on this as there are lots of photos.
Little Quiapo is one of my sister and mom's favorite restos in Quezon City (QC as we locals call it). I always hear them talking about it and finally, one day, my son and I were able to have dinner with them at this restaurant.
The exterior is simple but gives me such warm vibes. LIke I feel home....
...especially when I entered the doors. This is a typical Filipino home entryway/sala (living room) setup.
This is the waiting area.
I absolutely adore these lights and that framed rattan (maybe?) on the wall. I love it when a restaurant incorporates traditional and local products. It doesnt matter what cuisine they serve. I really like it when they display art from local artists or incorporate furniture and lighting from local artisans.
Of course, they need these chef's lights, right?
This is the bottle art on the counter. Not a huge fan of this.
And of course, I had to take photos of the bathroom art.
The bathroom was clean and had tissue! Believe it or not, a lot of restaurants here still don't provide tissue or soap. Third world problems?
Stay tuned for part 2 where we take a tour of their pasalubong (homecoming gift) shop.

’Til our next shared bite,
Stay cozy. Stay curious. Stay nourished.
LET'S EAT.
With grace, warmth, and a full heart,
