| Breads and Spreads The breads are available in most grocery stores. It's Village Gourmet brand. We got one hazelnut spread. I'll tell you about it in a future post. |

| Ready-to-eat foods I tend to stay away from ready-to-eat meals unless I have no other choice. The prices are more expensive than Landers' RTE packs, but then again, these are probably made with cleaner ingredients. |

| Frozen pizzas that are expensive |
I usually don't buy frozen pizzas. If I'm not going to order delivery, we just make it at home. I ask my son and husband to participate with the dough kneading and pizza decorating. It's actually a fun family activity, especially if you have smaller kids around. They can each customize their own pizzas. It's also a good way to encourage kids to try out new ingredients such as olives, peppers, pineapples, mushrooms, etc. Kids usually eat something that they made with their hands.
I was very tempted to buy the Dragon Fruit flavor, but it was just not in my budget that day. It's very expensive. Just add a little more and you can get Haagen Dazs.
Sea moss - apparently a super food, however, I was advised against it given my very delicate nature.
